A couple was designing their dream home from ground up, and needed to ensure the main living spaces were being designed for both function and form. We furnished the living space by maximizing seating around the fireplace/TV, while also ensuring the view to the lake directly outside the windows was given priority seating (hence two rows of swivel chairs!). The kitchen was designed for optimal flow and ease of family gatherings around the 5x9ft island. Keeping the view to the lake unobstructed, we opted for a glass chandelier above the dining table and indestructible dining chairs for their young grandchildren!
