This three-level residence was a ground-up new build in the heart of the family’s favorite Portland neighborhood. The project encompassed the selection of exterior materials and all interior materials, from the renovation to soft furnishings.

Guided by the clients’ affection for color and their personal ties to the Southwest, the design draws on a rich, sun-washed palette and layered materiality that brings warmth and character to the Pacific Northwest setting.
